Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming
I was trained in EMDR by one of the most renowned American practitioners, Gerald Puck. EMDR helps people who have experienced traumas or shocks in their lives which can leave you with disturbing memories, dreams, flashbacks and emotional reactions as if the event were happening again.
The treatment involves a series of eye movements whilst concentrating on certain thoughts or memories. This is done in a safe environment. It is an intensive, accelerated form of healing that has seen very good results worldwide. Anything from traumatic events such as accidents, attacks, injury to anxiety, grief and low self-esteem can be treated with EMDR.
Hypno-psychotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses deep relaxation to help people change positively by helping them deal with problems, habits and limiting ways of thinking and behaving. It can be used with counselling and psychotherapy to enable people to gain insight into their problems and conditions, this is known as hypno-psychotherapy. It can help a wide variety of problems ranging from weight loss to IBS; from phobias to exam nerves; from low self-esteem to enhancing performance.

5-PATH Hypnotherapy
I am one of a select handful of therapists in the UK trained in the powerful 5 Path method. I trained with its American creator, Cal Banyan, and have used it to help many people find and neutralise the original causes of their problems. This intensive and effective method could help to set you free from that feeling, those habits, that behaviour that have been with you for so many years.
Emotional Freedom Technique
I was trained in EFT several years ago by one of the originator’s ‘disciples’. EFT is a wonderfully quick, effective way of helping you deal with anything from phobias to stress. It works by tapping on the meridian lines to help release feelings of being stuck. It’s something you can easily learn yourself to help you in difficult situations
