- Can anyone be hypnotised?
Almost everyone, if they wish to, can be hypnotised. Some conditions such as epilepsy or types of psychosis may mean it is not advised. - Will I be asleep?
No, it is a very pleasant, often deep feeling of relaxation, not sleep. - How does it work?
When you are deeply relaxed you will be more able to access the ‘back of your mind’ - your unconscious mind. You will also be more able to accept the suggestions that we have agreed may help you. - Can I be made to do something I don't want to?
No. No one could make you do something against your wishes or beliefs. - How long does a session last?
Usually about an hour. You may be asked to listen to a tape at home or practice self-hypnosis - How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your reason for coming. Hypnotherapy usually achieves good results in only a few sessions, deep rooted problems may take a little longer. 5-Path usually takes between 4-6 sessions

- How long will the sessions last?
Usually about an hour and a half - What will happen in the session?
I will ask you to focus on a memory and follow my fingers with your eyes, this stimulates the part of the brain that stores memories and helps you to process them. - Does it last?
Yes. Most people feel different and are able to move on with their lives more peacefully

- What does it involve?
You will tap on certain points on your face and upper body whilst saying specially chosen words that describe your situation. - How many sessions will I need?
I usually integrate it into the other therapies unless we specifically decide on this as your only form of treatment. It works very quickly and you can use it at home to speed things up!
