Help for Anxiety
We all worry from time to time about the world, others or our own lives, bit have you ever found yourself worrying so much that you just can't seem to stop? Or have you even got to the point where you can feel panic rising up within you, even in the most normal circumstances? You might feel tense and hot, experience palpitations and shallow breathing.
